October 2024
- Light fixtures are all installed, and lighting controls are underway.
- AV and fire alarm devices have been installed and tested.
- Mechanical start up and testing is underway.
- Bathroom accessories have been installed.
- Interior and exterior signs have been hung.
- Fence for the children’s reading plaza has been installed, along with the exterior sliding door.
- The south parking lot has been paved and line striped.
- Privacy fencing has been installed.
- Landscaping and hardscapes are nearing completion.
- Cleaning is ongoing.
- Shelving is being assembled.
- Elevator commissioning is completed.
- Project has achieved temporary certificate of occupancy.
- Furniture is being installed.
The following work is upcoming:
- The interior children’s sliding door to be installed.
- Program room’s operable partition to be installed.
- Moving process to begin.
September 2024
The following work took place:
- Ceiling tiles are being placed.
- Floor preparation and carpet tiles are being installed.
- Sandstone exterior stone paneling is being mounted.
- Bathroom tile is being grouted.
- Reference desk is being assembled on the second floor.
AUgust 2024
The following work took place:
- Main entry doors were installed.
- Main entry exterior ADA ramp had concrete poured.
- Site curbs and exterior lighting bases have started.
- Floor tile in bathrooms is underway.
- Light fixtures started being installed.
